The Production: Brandy is named after both its raw material and its production process. It is made from spirits, specifically wine distillate, which is distilled to less than 86% ABV. Distillation occurs in two steps. The first distillation produces the "rough brandy," and the second distillation yields the "fine brandy," the actual "heart" of the wine distillate. After distillation, the spirits are aged and matured in oak barrels. The distillates "breathe" within these barrels. Oxygen enters through the pores of the wood, creating bouquet and flavor compounds that, combined with the color and flavor components leached from the wood, give the wine distillate its characteristic flavor and color.

For an entire generation in Germany during the 1960s, whisky was synonymous with Racke Rauchzart, the pioneer of the German whisky market. The harmonious combination of delicate grains and smoky malts from Scotland, along with careful aging in small wooden casks, continues to give it its mild – indeed “rauchzart” (smoky-tender) – character. Barracuda is a full-bodied, smooth spiced rum composition. Aromatic Caribbean rum and fruity notes glide slowly over the tip of the tongue. Exotic fruit extracts wash over and unfold in the mouth. Brauner Rum ist aromatischer, zugleich durch die Reifung komplexer, aber auch weicher im Geschmack. Ron Tectón Añejo ist ein Blend aus bis zu 5 Jahre fassgelagerter Premium Rum. Das Zuckerrohr wird direkt in der Karibik geerntet, fermentiert und destilliert.  Ein brauner Rum erhält einen großen Anteil seiner Aromen und die dunkle Färbung unter anderem durch die Lagerung und Reifung in Eichenholzfässern, die häufig zuvor für Whiskeys oder Cognacs Reifung eingesetzt wurden. Ron Tectón Añejo eignet sich bestens für Cocktails, Londrinks und Mixgetränke.

Ron Tectón Blanco ist ein kurz gelagter weißer Rum aus Zuckerrohr-Melasse. Das Zuckerrohr wird direkt in der Karibik geerntet und anschließend fermentiert und destilliert. Die kurze Lagerung erfolgt üblicherweise in Stahlfässern, wodurch der Rum seine Reinheit behält. Junge, weiße (spanisch blanco) Rums eignen sich mit ihrer dezenten Geschmacksnote hervorragend für frische Cocktails und Longdrinks aller Art. Ron Tectón Blanco eignet sich bestens für Cocktails, Londrinks und Mixgetränke.
